St. Anna Advies offers a training program for the whole veterinary practice over multiple years. In this program, we work together with your team to optimise all factors that are of importance in running a successful practice.
We don’t only focus on your communication skills, even though this is an important starting point. We focus on all aspects in a client’s journey, from phoning the practice until paying the bill. Our mission is to keep them satisfied throughout. Even in the most challenging situations.
We will also teach you how to find focus and stay balanced during your working day. No more uncontrollable appointments and working after hours, bringing peace and joy in your day- to-day life is our goal. We zoom in on the value of your work and your own personal worth, the psychology of money and the correct way to handle challenging situations.

Found & Valued
In the first year, we focus on finding and attracting your clients with two half-day in-clinic trainings.
- Being found & creating footfall (on- & offline practice presence, better on the phone and creating a warm welcome)
- Being valued (pricing, psychology of money and dealing with money issues)
Between the two in-clinic trainings, we will plan three online webinars of approximately two hours. In the webinars, we’ll evaluate the results of the trainings and provide your team with extra tips & tricks and do’s & don’ts.

Consultation & Challenges
The second year, we will continue to work on an efficient structure in consults and giving advice at the front desk with two half-day in-clinic trainings:
- Professional client conversations(consultation 2.0 & counter communication)
- Dealing with ‘challenging situations’ (dealing with emotions, empathy, euthanasia, Dr. Google, DIY-ers and other special people)
Between the two in-clinic trainings, we will plan three online webinars of approximately two hours. In the webinars, we’ll evaluate the results of the trainings and provide your team with extra tips & tricks and do’s & don’ts.

Team & Task
In the final year, we teach you all about working smarter, not harder. We say our goodbyes to bad habits and dogma’s. We work on the stability of the team and the practice.

- The practice 4.0 (creating a solid structure and strategy for the future)
Between training 5 and 6, a two hour webinar is planned, to evaluate results and add the finishing touches.
