Learn to deal with demanding customers and challenging situations

A day in veterinary practice is like a ride on an emotional rollercoaster. Challenges come in all shapes and sizes: a mistake that you made and have to tell a client, an angry or sad client, a complaint, know-it-alls or the client trying to manipulate you. Such situations stay in your head for a long time and cost a lot of energy.

In this training you will get tools and tips on how to handle these customers more confidently. We explore ways to help you with these conversations and you can experiment with new techniques. We practice with realistic situations in a safe environment.

The trainers are professionals with an understanding of veterinary practice. They will help you face every day’s challenges with greater ease.
