The Veterinary DialogueTrainer is an online game in which you practice a conversation with a fictitious client or colleague. You can choose from various response options and get feedback at the end of the conversation. This way, you immediately know what went really well and where sometimes a different answer option would yield a finer or more effective result.
The Consult Toolbox is an e-learning: blocks of theory are combined with virtual customer conversations. This way, you practice and improve your communication skills.
