The Consult Toolbox is an e-learning program: Brief theory sections are combined with virtual client conversations in the Veterinary DialogueTrainer. In this online game, you simulate a conversation with a fictional client. You’ll have different response options to choose from, and at the end of the conversation, you’ll receive feedback. This way, you’ll know right away what went well and where a different option might have led to a better or more effective result.
